Customer Care

Every piece is made with care and love. If you have any issues with your order, feel free to reach out. We stand by the product and will accept damaged items up to a year after purchase date for repair or replacement.

Privacy & Safety

We value your support and use secure payment methods like Venmo, Paypal and Zelle to ensure your purchases are safe and card or account numbers are private. We keep all personal information like name, address, order history and more in house and do not share with outside sources. We promise no selling of your information in any way. Custom Order Requests

Custom orders are encouraged if you're looking for something specific. You can either choose Custom on listed items, or email info@hillyclay.com for an entirely new idea. If you choose to customize a listed item, you'll select Custom and enter your request in the notes section of your order. You may be required to pay a small fee to hold your request. I'll then create a new listing just for you with the correct pricing for your purchase.

FREE Studs with Every Order

Every order is packed with a set of extra stud earrings at no cost to you - keep them for yourself, or pass them along to a friend as a gift! These extras are also under the 100 days repair & replacement policy. Please see the Shipping & Returns section for more info.
