SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Each package is carefully hand packed to ensure no damaged items upon receipt. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekend or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery due to Covid-19. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for repair or replacement within 100 days of your original purchase date. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) at no cost to you. The repair or replacement item(s) will also be sent with no cost to you. Since many of the items are one-of-a-kind and colors are blended by hand, we cannot guarantee a replacement or repair will be identical. At this time, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
